No that's not Sakura it's Tayuya (or whatever her name is) with the pink hair.
I thought of this pic after going to some Japanese site where they were talking about who should hook up with Shikamaru; Ino, Temari or Tayuya (yeah the last one doesn't make sense to me.) and someone wrote on the forum something like "Shikamaru is da Pimp! he should get all the girls" haha

as for the craziness of the picture I just figured out how to distort patterns on photoshop so I went pattern crazy and if you look at it too long you're sure to get sick.
